Apart from the preservation of religions and traditional cultures, Bhutan is also eagerly engaged in nature conservation. Come to Jigme Dorji National Park, the second-largest national park in Bhutan, and you can feel the nation’s determination on nature protection and substantial development.
In the woods, you can see quite a number of wildlife animals travelling freely. The Bhutanese government forbids illegal tree-cutting and hunting to preserve most part of the forest which thus becomes a haven for the wildlife. In this pollution-free forest, you don’t have to be an expert photographer to take a postcard-like photo. It can be your best souvenir for visiting the park!
